Join us for a relaxing evening … manage your stress! As we enter the holiday season it’s so important to keep our sanity and this evening should do it!  This class is an easy yoga/ stretch to release the stress from the body, then we go into a guided meditation to release the stress from the mind! …. and if you aren’t relaxed enough I’ll pour you a glass of wine…. ahhhh taking care of yourself never felt so good.

Please wear clothes you are comfortable stretching in and bring a mat and water bottle….

This class is $15 at the door (unless you bring a friend then you are just $10 each… or $10 in advance

This class meets the 1st Tuesday of the month.
